Nine Million Rare Copies Of Quran Preserved In Jabl-E-Noor, Quetta  2014-07-10 18:00:39 In the caves of a mountain situated around 10 kilometers away from Quetta, more than nine million rare Holy copies of Quran lay preserved. This mountain was named as Jabl-e-Noor-al-Quran in 1992. Locals consider the caves of this mountain as a place where they can get closer to Allah during the month of Ramzan. Twenty two years ago, four friends, two of whom were brothers, began to preserve the Shaheed Copies of the Holy Book in the caves of this mountain, now called as Jabl-e-Noor-al-Quran. Holy copies from all parts of the country are brought here and saved in manually built tunnels. An effort which was taken up by four friends in 1992 continues to date and more than nine million holy scripts are present now in these caves. http://video.dunyanews.tv/ index.php/en/mustwatch/5941/ Nine-million-rare-Copies-of- Quran-preserved-in-Jabl-e- Noor,-Quetta

Bilal Hussein/AP There was hope in Libya and around the world for Libya after Moammar Gadhafi was overthrown four years ago. But today, Libya is a country torn apart. There are now two competing governments, in different cities with their own parliaments and their own military. A traveler first needs a visa from one government to land in Tripoli, then a so-called "landing permission" to fly east to the other government's territory — and has to hopscotch around jihadist-controlled areas along the way. PARALLELS Libya's Crisis: A Shattered Airport, Two Parliaments, Many Factions In Tripoli, one of the capitols, a...
